Travel Agent Commissions - Rates & Incentives*

"Direct On-line Booking Program"

The Green Gate Village pays The Best Commmissions in the industry:

• 15% Commission*, Plus:

• One comp'd room for every 15 commissionable room nights per quarter, and;

• One add'l comp'd room for every 30 commissionable room nights per year, and;

• One FAM stay per year at 50% discount.

Internet Bookings Only:  *These commission rates and bonuses are paid only for Internet bookings made directly through our website at our published rates.  GDS bookings do not qualify for these special commission rates. 

Commission Payments:  Commissions are paid when actually earned, e.i., when the guest stays and pays, we pay your commission.

Net Bookings:  Subject to approval, travel agents may collect from their clients and submit a net payment on their behalf.  However, under "net" booking arrangements, full payment must be received by the Inn no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.  Net bookings not paid according to these terms will be cancelled and the rooms returned to inventory.

Blackout Dates:  These commission rates and bonuses are not valid for stays during the month of March nor during the annual Marathon (the first weekend of October).  Blackouts may also apply to national holidays and special local events and are subject to change without notice.

Availability:  All rooms and packages are subject to availability.

Misc:  Non-standard, special discount rates or package rates not specifically identified by a valid "package code" or "room rate code" as assigned and published by the Inn are not commissionable nor combinable with other offers. This program may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.  Any change or withdrawal of this program will not effect commissions and bonuses already earned.  When you book your clients with us online you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms, conditions and restrictions of this special travel agent commission program and have informed your client of the general policies of the Inn.

Note About Room Rates:  All room rates are $20.00 lower per night on Sunday through Thursday and are priced per room, double occupancy.  A full breakfast is included for both guests 8-9am daily.  For additional guests in the same room add $20.00 per night each guest.

Note About Package Rates:  All Package Rates are priced per person, double occupancy.  In some cases only the room prices are commissionable when the add-ons are sold at or near cost.
