To confirm a date and time for your event, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required. Please note that this deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance of the bill is due three weeks prior to the reception. You may reserve any of the following areas: |

BASIC PACKAGE Carriage House - $750.00 Gazebo Courtyard or Village Gardens - $550.00 Site Rental Includes - Use of Carriage House, Gazebo Courtyard or Gardens for your event with all interior/exterior amenities. Available for your use are tables and chairs including set-up and take down, white table linens, display easels, cake knife and server, and a speaker's podium. Available for Indoor Use Only - Stereo system, microphone, and firewood for fireplaces. CUSTOM PACKAGE Carriage House - $1050.00 Gazebo Courtyard or Village Gardens - $950.00 Same as the Basic Package plus a 3 - layer wedding cake (6"/9"/12"), your choice of guest registry book, registry table arrangement, fresh flower centerpieces and a house bouquet. DELUXE PACKAGE Carriage House - $1150.00 Gazebo Courtyard or Village Gardens - $1050.00 Same as the Custom Package plus a one honeymoon night stay in one of our six Bridal Suites. (Selection based on availability.) WEDDING CEREMONIES Ceremonies held at Green Gate Village are only $300.00 and Includes: rehearsal and ceremony bookings, facility rental, tables and chairs including set-up and take down. |
| Green Gate Village is happy to assist with all your food and beverage needs. Menu's are available from the wedding coordinator. As an alternative, you are free to choose from a list of approved caterers and chefs, or you may opt to self-cater. (Top) |

Fresh flowers should be brought in leak-proof containers. Under no circumstances may anything be hung on the walls or windows. Candles in hurricane lamps or candlesticks with chimneys may be used on tables. (Top) |

Because of their value and irreplaceability, Green Gate Village lamps and art objects may not be moved, nor should furniture be rearranged or removed from the room by anyone other than a Green Gate Village employee. For health and safety reasons, we request that rice or confetti not be thrown either inside or outside of Green Gate Village. (Top) |

The Village welcomes well-behaved children. But for obvious safety and insurance reasons they must stay in the reserved area with their parents/guardians and will not be permitted to run throughout the facilities or property. Our policy not only ensures the safety of your children but also helps to protect the many valuable and irreplaceable antiques that make the Green Gate Village so unique. (Top) |
